vixir

The job management app for plumbers.

Most plumbing days are a mix: a leak first thing, a tap after lunch, a bathroom quote on the way home. Vixir keeps all of it in one place on your phone, so the small jobs get invoiced and the big ones get won.

Quote from the van with your own prices, book the work in the diary, track the parts you're waiting on, and send the invoice before you've packed the tools away.

Free for most businesses. Pro is £12 a month when you need it.

What it sorts out for plumbers.

Small jobs that never get invoiced

Tap Finish on a job and Vixir makes the invoice there and then. Anything finished but not billed shows on To do the next morning.

Waiting on parts

Mark a part as ordered, put the job on hold with a date to check back, and Vixir reminds you to book it back in when the part arrives. Fitted parts go straight onto the invoice.

Bathroom quotes that go quiet

A quote with no answer after three days shows on To do with a follow-up in your own words. With Pro, customers can accept online by typing their name.

Ready-made job types

Start typing and Vixir suggests these, with repeat timings already set where the work comes round again. Rename them or add your own.

  • Leak repair
  • Blocked drain
  • Tap or toilet repair

Questions from plumbers

Can I add parts and labour separately on a plumbing invoice?

Yes. Add parts from the job (with what they cost you and what you charge) and labour from your own price list. Each shows as its own line on the invoice.

Can I take a deposit on a bathroom fit?

Yes. Quotes have stages for a deposit invoice and a balance invoice, so you can ask for a deposit when the quote is accepted and bill the rest when you finish.

Does it work for a plumber who also does heating?

Yes. Add boiler services and gas safety checks as job types too. They repeat every 12 months on their own, and Pro adds gas certificates.

Try it on your next job.

No card. No contract.
